Each session is completely customized to meet your goals and maximize results; sessions may include the following options at no additional cost within your allotted session time. Please specify at time of appointment if you want any of the included services, as not all will automatically be incorporated.

Building Relationships

Communication is key. We will discuss your goal(s), preferred amount of pressure, area(s) of focus or concern; all to create your plan of treatment. Each session is customized on the day of your appointment, to ensure you receive the utmost care and personal experience. You may even request your choice of music!

 

Massage is an empowering tool for self-care and aid in healing. Whether it's from stress, illness, injury, or mental health; the benefits of massage can be life changing. Holistic health alternatives are also great additions to self-care. Let me know if you would like more information on any of the following or to incorporate one or more into your session:

energy work, conscious breathing, EFT tapping, meditation, crystal therapy, soundbath, or essential oils for the home.

​

​You will get the most out of each massage if it becomes a regular part of your self-care routine. I hope for us to work together to improve your overall health and quality of life, long-term. Rebooking after each appointment is encouraged to ensure you get the time and date you wish.

What to Expect

Rejuvenate is owned and operated solely by Jenn Schuler, LMT. Answering calls not be possible while in session as a sole practitioner. Please leave a voicemail or send a text message to 352-201-3251. I will return your message as soon as possible. 

 

All appointments are scheduled with adequate time for each client. I have allotted enough time to discuss treatment, complete paperwork if necessary, and rebook. If you are late for an appointment, please text me and I will try my best to accommodate. You are welcome to arrive early, however, if too early I may still be in session with another client. To avoid waiting it is best to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time.

A credit or debt card is require to reserve your appointment when booking. Major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash are accepted forms of payment at time of session.

To ensure outstanding service, courtesy to clients on a waiting list, and in consideration for Jenn's time the following cancellation policy is in place: 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule appointments, events, classes, or consultations. All no call/no show and late cancellations are subject to being charged 100% of session fee. If using a gift certificate, it may be redeemed as your missed appointment fee.
