A combination of techniques and modalities are used to increase circulation, relieve pain, reduce stress; or to address specific concerns, accident/ injury recovery, or areas of tension. Connective tissue and neuromuscular techniques focus on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia; while restorative techniques are soothing to the nervous system, allowing your body to relax. All treatment sessions are individually customized.

Also called pre-natal massage, this therapy is specifically tailored for the expectant mother's needs, relief and relaxation that can be beneficial to both the mother and baby. A regular prenatal massage routine is said to have the following benefits:

Share this experience and create memories with a friend, family member, or significant other. Designed for two people, each person receives a customized massage from a therapist. The massages are provided at the same time, in the same private room, but on separate massage tables (one per person).

Also referred to as palm healing or hands-on healing, Reiki is a type of energy healing. Practitioners trained and attuned with Reiki work through the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner’s palms to the client. Energy can be stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. Energy work aids in the flow of energy and remove blockages. Similar to other treatments, more than a single session may be required. Reiki may help by improving the flow of energy around the body to enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and/or reduce other symptoms of illness.

Jenn was trained in the Mikao Usui's lineage, with a local Reiki Master.

AromaTouch massage is applied to the back, feet, and hands.
