What is a soundbath meditation?
A soundbath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentially uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. The sounds introduced during a soundbath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciouness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspectie on what is going on within. The goal is to invite a deep rest and relaxation, and to explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
