Soundbath Meditation is offered most Saturdays at 4:30pm. Sounds and vibrations from singing bowls are used to create a relaxing, safe environment. The vibrations and echoing sounds “bathe” you with waves to activate your body's natural healing systems.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any extra pillows, blankets, gemstones, eye pillow, or other props to maximize your experience. Bolsters, yoga mats, blankets will be available as well.
What is a soundbath meditation?
A soundbath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentially uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. The sounds introduced during a soundbath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciouness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspectie on what is going on within. The goal is to invite a deep rest and relaxation, and to explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
