For the Soundbath, I use different sounds and vibrations from singing bowls to create a safe environment to relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. The vibrations and echoing sounds “bathe” you with waves to activate your body's natural healing systems.

The face mask will be supplied to wear during the Soundbath. It is a NuSkin Ultmate Waterfall Mask

For the snacks, please let me know of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

 I will be offering table or chair massage as well if anyone is interested after the Soundbath.
